Ongoing Management
Basically, like a personal email assistant. I’ll spend time each week continuing to clean & organize the backlog, as well as a regular inbox check to clear clutter, organize incoming emails, and draft responses at your direction. Customer Service
Are you constantly answering questions, handling refunds, and the like? If so, this service is for you. I’ll spend time each week continuing to clean & organize your inbox, as well as a regular inbox check to respond to customer service emails as they come in. Fast responses = happy customers!
