[ballast: noun] A term used in the nautical world, referring to any heavy material carried temporarily or permanently in a vessel to provide desired draft and stability.
So here’s the idea:
I chose the name Ballast for my business because it embodies my vision: provide stable & reliable services to business owners and other busy people in an effort to help “steady the ship” you’re currently steering!

I’m a born-and-raised Iowa gal currently traveling the globe while building the adventure that is Ballast Virtual Assistance! I highly value deep conversations, good coffee, spontaneous sunset chases, learning + experiencing new things, and growing more deeply in love with Jesus! My absolute favorite thing in the world is taking care of the details so that others can thrive in their role.
